
After a payment is created, our Payments Department will have to approve the payment. Hence, please send us a free-form request mentioning payment details by going to the “Messages” section by clicking on the email icon in the top right corner. Once there, click on the “New Message” button.
It is also worth noting that you have a limited time to cancel the payment before the Payments Department has agreed the shipment and the payment has been sent to the recipient.
