Step 1: Access the Accounts Section
- From the left-hand navigation menu, click on “Accounts”.
- Alternatively, you can select a specific account directly from the dashboard overview
Step 2: Select the Account
- Identify and click on the specific account for which you wish to generate a statement.
Step 3: Click on the “Statement” Button
- Once inside the selected account view, locate and click the “Statement” button beside other account tools like “New payment” and “Currency exchange”.
Step 4: Choose the Statement Period
- Click on the date range selector that, by default, shows “Current week”.
Step 5: Set the Desired Date Range
- A dropdown will appear with options such as:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Current week
- Current month
- Start of account
- You may also manually select a custom date range from the calendar interface.
Step 6: Confirm the Date Selection
- Once the desired date range is selected, click on the “Done” button to apply it.
Step 7: Download the Statement
- After filtering the statement to the correct date range, click on the “Download” icon.
- Choose your preferred file format: PDF (.pdf) or CSV (.csv).
- The file will begin downloading and will be available in your computer’s “Downloads” folder.
