If you’ve decided to permanently close your Payver account, please follow these steps: Steps to Close Your Payver Account: 1. Ensure Your Account Balance is sufficient to charge the account closing fee: o If you still have funds in your Payver account, transfer them to another bank account. o If your account balance is negative, please add funds to bring the balance up to the amount of the account closing fee. 2. Initiate Account Closure: o Visit the Payver mobile app or website. o Log in using your credentials to verify your identity. o Navigate to Messages > New message and submit a request to begin the closing process. 3. Securely Dispose of Your Payver Card: o Once your account is closed, please destroy your Payver card. Cut through the chip and magnetic stripe before disposing of the pieces in separate waste bins for added security. Additional Support: If you’re unable to log in to your account, please email us at info@payver.io from your registered email address with the following details: • A written request to close your Payver account, including the preferred closure date or a request to close it “as soon as possible.” • Your full legal name. • The details of your Payver account. • An alternative bank account IBAN for us to transfer any remaining funds (if applicable).
